The Cheese Room is one of four restaurants by the same management (the others are Press Room, Classified Mozzarella Bar and The Pawn). They all provide great food (French, Italian, British). The Cheese Room's specialty as its name says are cheese platters. They actually have a humidity controlled store room inside the restaurant. You can go there and choose your cheese. They even had Abandance cheese there. My brother and sister in law have a holiday home in the French Alps next to where this cheese is produced and you very rarely find it in a shop or restaurant. Together with a nice glass of wine this is a perfect small dinner for a relaxed evening. They have three tables on the pavement. If you are lucky or just early this is the best spot.
We also liked overhearing our neighbours. This is a neighbourhood of bankers. Be prepared for some weird stories... Are these people still living a normal life or is it all show?
